Collaborate to improve IT processes and reduce downtime **Job Title: Tech Support Coordinator** **Company:** Tech2Explore LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** Tech2Explore LLC is looking for a skilled and customer\-focused **Tech Support Coordinator** to manage technical support operations, coordinate IT service requests, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and system\-related issues. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between end\-users and technical teams, ensuring smooth and efficient IT support delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage incoming technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. * Assign and track IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution. * Provide first\-level technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and system issues. * Escalate complex technical problems to higher\-level IT specialists when required. * Maintain accurate records of support activities, issues, and resolutions. * Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and service quality is maintained. * Assist in IT asset tracking, inventory management, and system updates. * Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and reduce downtime. * Prepare regular reports on support performance, issues, and service trends. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or IT coordination. * Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques. * Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Windows, macOS, and basic networking environments. * Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management frameworks is an advantage. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical users. * Team\-oriented with strong organizational abilities. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Supportive and collaborative IT environment * Opportunities for professional development and certifications * Exposure to modern IT systems and technologies in Doha, Qatar الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
