The ELV Engineer/CCTV is responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining all
Extra‑Low Voltage (ELV) systems across TCA facilities. This includes CCTV, access
control, public address, structured cabling, SMATV, and integrated building technologies.
The role ensures all systems operate efficiently, are compliant with regulatory
requirements, and fully support facility operations. The ELV Engineer provides technical
expertise, supervises contractors, and assists the Project Manager in delivering safe,
reliable, and optimized ELV services.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems including
CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, SMATV, and Structured Cabling.
* Ensure CCTV systems are functioning effectively, including camera configuration,
system monitoring, fault rectification, and reporting.
* Support integration activities between ELV systems and other building systems
such as BMS, Fire Alarm, and HVAC where required.
* Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all ELV equipment.
* Review technical documentation, wiring diagrams, shop drawings, and system
layouts to ensure compliance with project and client standards.
* Coordinate with contractors and vendors during installation, repair, inspection, and
system commissioning activities.
* Perform root cause analysis for ELV system issues and implement corrective action
plans.
* Support the Project Manager with ELV\-related progress reports, documentation
