The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent. * Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment. * Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and local regulations regarding employment contracts, working hours, and worker rights. * Work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements. * Handle performance management processes, including setting objectives, appraisals, and addressing any performance issues. * Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments in accordance with employment contracts. * Manage the company's ERP system for HR\-related functions, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy. * Develop and send HR reports and analyze HR metrics for better decision\-making. * Conduct investigations into employee complaints or incidents, ensuring proper resolution. * Ensure the company’s adherence to all hygiene, safety, and health regulations, especially for the workforce on construction sites. **Key Requirements:** * In\-depth knowledge of Qatar labor law and regulations. * Proven experience in HR management, particularly in the construction industry. * Strong experience working with ERP systems for HR functions. * Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce. * Ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
