Summary: Seeking an experienced Technical Interior Draftsman proficient in AutoCAD and interior construction details for high-end residential and hospitality projects. Highlights: 1. Expert in AutoCAD with Revit/BIM knowledge preferred. 2. Strong understanding of interior construction details and execution. 3. Experience producing complete technical drawing packages. Technical Interior Draftsman Requirements ● Minimum 5 years of experience in high\-end residential and hospitality projects. ● Expert in AutoCAD. Revit and BIM knowledge is highly preferred. ● Strong understanding of interior construction details and execution methods. ● Proven experience producing complete IFC, Tender, Construction, and Shop Drawings. ● Excellent knowledge of custom joinery, millwork, furniture, marble, metal, glass, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, doors, and wall finishes. ● Able to prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), flooring layouts, setting out drawings, enlarged details, and material schedules. ● Strong knowledge of FF\&E documentation and coordination. ● Excellent understanding of MEP coordination, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, and low current systems. ● Capable of proposing power outlet, lighting, and switch layouts in coordination with the interior design and MEP requirements. ● Able to identify and resolve clashes before construction. ● Experienced in reviewing manufacturers’ shop drawings and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers. ● Familiar with site execution, inspections, RFIs, revisions, and As\-Built drawings. ● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management. ● Portfolio must include complete technical drawing packages, not only design drawings.
