Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve site-related issues To supervise and inspect plumbing and water installation activities, ensuring all work is completed in compliance with approved standards, safety regulations, and project requirements. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Supervise and guide plumbing installation teams on\-site to ensure efficient execution of work * Inspect water and plumbing installations to ensure compliance with quality standards and local regulations * Monitor daily progress of installation activities and ensure timely completion of tasks * Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other stakeholders to resolve site\-related issues * Identify and troubleshoot technical problems related to plumbing systems and water connections * Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements at all times * Verify proper installation of water meters and connections in line with local standards * Maintain accurate records of inspections, work progress, and site activities * Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports and relevant documentation. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum **5 years of relevant plumbing field experience** * At least **3 years in a supervisory or site inspection role** **Skills \& Competencies** -------------------------- * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and water distribution networks * Familiarity with local plumbing codes and water meter connection standards * Ability to supervise teams and manage on\-site operations * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills * Good communication and coordination abilities * Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation * Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety compliance **✅** **Preferred** ------------------- * Experience working on infrastructure or municipality projects * Knowledge of safety standards and inspection procedures
