Promote a strong safety culture across all departments and project sites **HSE Director** **Company:** Batuta Diseno **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 50,000 **Job Overview** Batuta Diseno is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HSE Director to lead and manage the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HSE policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting workplace safety culture, and overseeing risk management initiatives across all projects and operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement company\-wide Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategies and policies * Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices * Lead risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations * Establish and monitor HSE performance indicators and improvement programs * Promote a strong safety culture across all departments and project sites * Coordinate emergency response planning, crisis management, and safety training programs * Advise senior management on HSE risks, compliance requirements, and operational safety improvements * Oversee environmental sustainability initiatives and waste management programs * Manage HSE teams, contractors, and external regulatory relationships * Prepare HSE reports, compliance documentation, and executive presentations **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health \& Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred * Minimum 10\+ years of experience in HSE management and leadership roles * Strong knowledge of international HSE standards, regulations, and compliance procedures * Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is an advantage * Excellent leadership, risk management, and decision\-making skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage high\-risk operations * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Experience in GCC or Middle East projects is preferred الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
