Summary: Mind Stream is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to lead health, safety, and environmental activities for water and drainage infrastructure construction projects. Highlights: 1. Coordinate with project management on safety matters HIRING – HSE ENGINEER \| WATER \& DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE **Location:** Qatar **Experience:** 8\+ Years **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering **Mind Stream** is hiring an experienced **HSE Engineer** to lead health, safety, and environmental activities for water and drainage infrastructure construction projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and maintain **Risk Assessments \& Method Statements (RAMS)** for construction activities. * Manage **Permit to Work (PTW)** systems for excavation, confined space, lifting, hot work, and other high\-risk activities. * Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness sessions. * Perform routine and unannounced **HSE inspections and audits** across project sites. * Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions. * Monitor HSE compliance of subcontractors and site personnel. * Coordinate with project management and client HSE representatives on safety matters. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering **8\+ years of HSE experience** in construction/infrastructure projects **Mandatory Ashghal (Public Works Authority) project experience** Strong experience in **Risk Assessment \& Method Statement preparation** Experience in **Incident Investigation \& Root Cause Analysis** Strong knowledge of **HSE inspections, audits, PTW, and toolbox talks** Water, drainage, utilities, or infrastructure construction experience preferred.
