Focus on compliance with project budgets and contractual requirements **DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT** is looking for **Quantity Surveyor (Architectural/Civil)** in **Doha, Qatar** Key Responsibilities: * Prepare quantity take\-offs from architectural and civil drawings. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents. * Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders. * Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants regarding cost\-related matters. * Ensure compliance with project budgets and contractual requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Quantity Surveyor in architectural and civil construction projects. * Strong knowledge of quantity take\-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and contract administration. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying/cost estimation software. * Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
