Summary: Seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to manage and oversee MEP systems, HVAC, and mechanical systems in large-scale facilities and operations. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and facility management standards We are seeking an experienced **Senior MEP Engineer** to join our Facility Management \& Operations team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MEP systems, HVAC, and mechanical systems, with proven exposure to large\-scale facilities and projects. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage MEP systems and facility operations. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, mechanical, and MEP systems. * Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. * Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and facility management standards. * Review maintenance plans, technical reports, and operational documentation. * Support the efficient and reliable operation of MEP systems across the facility. Required Qualifications * **Bachelor’s Degree in MEP Engineering** from a recognized university. * **Valid UPDA Certification** is mandatory. Required Experience * Minimum **10 years of experience** in **Facility Management \& Operations**, with strong exposure to HVAC and mechanical systems. * Experience in **commercial buildings, mega mixed\-use developments, or similar large\-scale projects**. * Minimum **8 years of Gulf/GCC experience** in Facility Management \& Operations. * Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and mechanical systems. * Proven experience in supervising technical teams and managing maintenance operations.
