Secure quality and exclusive listings, generate tenant leads **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Qatar leasing professional to build and manage a strong portfolio of residential and commercial leasing opportunities. **Responsibilities** \* Source residential and commercial properties for lease. \* Establish relationships with landlords and property managers. \* Secure quality and preferably exclusive listings. \* Generate tenant leads. \* Conduct viewings and negotiate lease terms. \* Maintain landlord and tenant relationships. \* Manage listings and opportunities through the company’s CRM. \* Coordinate documentation with Operations. \* Build relationships with corporate tenants and relocation clients. \* Achieve agreed monthly leasing targets. **Candidate Profile** \* 3–5\+ years of Qatar real estate/leasing experience preferred. \* Existing landlord relationships strongly preferred. \* Proven leasing transaction history. \* Strong communication and negotiation ability. \* Knowledge of Doha residential and commercial districts. \* Applicable Qatar brokerage credentials/licensing strongly preferred.
