The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems within commercial, residential, or mixed\-use facilities. Candidates **must have prior experience working with a Facility Management company** and be familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. * Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical panels, switchgear, lighting systems, power distribution systems, and associated equipment. * Carry out maintenance activities for building MEP systems in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. * Monitor and maintain electrical installations to ensure optimal performance and reliability. * Attend and resolve electrical complaints and emergency breakdowns within agreed service levels. * Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities as per schedules. * Update maintenance records and work orders using CAFM (Computer\-Aided Facility Management) systems. * Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards. * Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to ensure smooth facility operations. * Identify and report potential electrical hazards and recommend corrective actions. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a Facility Management company.** * Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of: * Electrical panels * Power distribution systems * Lighting systems * Building MEP systems * Hands\-on knowledge of **CAFM systems**. * Experience in **PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance)** and **CM (Corrective Maintenance)** activities. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. * Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and permit\-to\-work systems. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
