Exposure to modern IT systems and enterprise technologies **IT Support Coordinator** **Company: Techzango LLC** **Location: Al Rayyan, Qatar** **Department: Information Technology** **Reports to: IT Manager / Head of IT Operations** **Position Overview** Techzango LLC is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **IT Support Coordinator** to join our IT team in Al Rayyan. The role is responsible for coordinating technical support activities, ensuring smooth IT operations, and providing timely assistance to end users across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a central point between IT support staff, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and continuous improvement of IT services. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage daily IT support requests from employees and departments * Serve as the first escalation point for technical issues and service disruptions * Track, prioritize, and follow up on IT tickets using helpdesk systems * Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network\-related problems * Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees (account setup, device configuration, access control) * Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation * Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service contracts * Monitor system performance and report recurring issues to the IT Manager * Support installation, configuration, and updates of IT systems and applications * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards **Required Qualifications** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk coordination * Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking * Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment **Preferred Skills** * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud services * Experience working in corporate IT environments * Customer service\-oriented mindset * Problem\-solving and analytical thinking skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within the IT department * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Exposure to modern IT systems and enterprise technologies نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
