Focuses on smooth and timely project and tender submission completion The Bid Specialist supports ICT and ELV projects and assists with bids, tenders, and proposal preparation. The role involves coordinating with sales, presales, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects and tender submissions are completed smoothly and on time. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily ICT project activities, schedules, and deliverables. * Track project progress, timelines, and budgets. * Review RFPs, tenders, and related documents. * Coordinate with sales, presales, technical, finance, and other teams to collect required information. * Assist in preparing and submitting bids, tenders, and proposals. * Prepare and review BOQs, compliance sheets, and other tender documents. * Coordinate with vendors for registration, quotations, materials, and deliveries. * Follow up on procurement and material delivery status. * Maintain project records, reports, and other documentation. * Assist in preparing client presentations and project updates. * Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in ICT project coordination, bids, or tender support. * Basic knowledge of ICT, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services. * Experience in preparing bids, tenders, proposals, and RFP responses is preferred. * Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage.
