Key Responsibilities * Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, managing the IT helpdesk and ticketing system. * Coordinate the deployment, installation, and maintenance of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software. * Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and system access issues for on\-site and remote employees. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Active Directory or Microsoft 365\. * Track IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or software renewals. * Document technical processes and create simple "how\-to" guides for non\-technical staff. * Ensure all support requests are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
