Summary: This role is for a network professional who will maintain network infrastructure, ensure secure connectivity, and troubleshoot issues to keep operations running smoothly. Highlights: 1. You’ll look after the network (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi), help people connect safely, and fix problems fast so everyone can work without interruptions. What you’ll do * Maintain network gear: routers, switches, firewalls and access points. * Set up and support wired and wireless connections for offices and remote users. * Monitor network health and speed; spot and fix slowdowns or outages quickly. * Manage user accounts, permissions and secure access (VPN, MFA). * Apply software updates and security patches to network devices. * Troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, DNS, IP conflicts) and helpdesk tickets. * Backup and restore network configurations and keep documentation up to date. * Work with vendors for equipment support and replacement parts. * Help design simple network improvements and small projects. * Support IT team during incidents and after\-hours on\-call when needed. Who we’re looking for * Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or similar, or equivalent hands\-on experience. * 2\+ years managing networks in an office environment. * Familiar with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs and basic routing. * Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti or similar network hardware. * Comfortable with Windows and Linux basics. * Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs and Wi‑Fi setup/troubleshooting. * Strong problem\-solving, clear communicator and customer\-focused. * Networking certs (CCNA, CompTIA Network\+) are a plus. * Arabic skills and prior Doha/GCC experience helpful but not required.
