Extensive experience in estimation, pricing, and cost control **Job Purpose:** To lead and manage all operations of the Marble Division, including sales, estimation, procurement, production coordination, project execution, installation, and final handover, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the Marble Division to achieve sales, operational, and profitability targets. * Review client requirements, drawings, and specifications, and prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates. * Manage marble projects from initial inquiry through final handover and project closeout. * Evaluate and select appropriate marble and natural stone materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. * Maintain extensive knowledge of all marble and natural stone types, origins, classifications, and quality grades (Grade A, B, C, etc.). * Manage procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with major marble factories, suppliers, and manufacturers within Qatar and internationally. * Prepare and review quantity take\-offs, project budgets, costing, and profitability analysis. * Supervise site measurements, shop drawings, cutting lists, and production requirements. * Coordinate and monitor factory production activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules. * Manage installation teams and provide technical support to resolve site\-related issues during project execution. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure all works are executed according to approved quality standards and specifications before final handover. * Prepare periodic reports related to project progress, sales performance, profitability, procurement, and operational activities. * Monitor market trends, material pricing, and supplier performance to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency. \* **Qualifications \& Experience** * Minimum 10 years of experience in the marble and natural stone industry. * Proven experience in the Qatar market. * Previous experience working with a marble factory, marble contractor, or a company specializing in marble supply and installation. * Strong knowledge of marble types, natural stone products, material sourcing, and quality grading systems. * Extensive experience in estimation, pricing, cost control, and commercial management. * Demonstrated ability to manage marble projects from concept to completion. * Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills. * Ability to read technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related project management tools. \* **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Achievement of sales and profitability targets. * Accuracy of estimates and project costing. * On\-time project completion and handover. * Customer satisfaction levels. * Quality of execution and reduction of material wastage. * Expansion and development of supplier and factory networks. * Operational efficiency and overall division performance.
