Our head office is the hub for our administrative and operational activities, and we are looking for a skilled Personal Secretary to support our leadership team. **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our executives at the head office in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and respond or redirect as necessary. * Assist in organizing and coordinating events and activities. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. **Important Notes:** * **Do not apply if you do not meet the required qualifications.** * **Candidates who make direct calls to inquire about the job will be automatically disqualified.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
