




Summary: This role is for an IT Asset Lifecycle Operation Engineer responsible for technical support, hardware/software management, and asset lifecycle operations within the Digital Workspace & End User Services team. Highlights: 1. Manage and maintain Hardware Asset Management (HAM) process lifecycle. 2. Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 environments. 3. Involve in procurement activities and inventory maintenance. **Role \& Responsibilities of the position in brief:** The role is within the Digital Workspace \& End User Services team * Role: IT Asset Life cycle Operation Engineer * Provide technical support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. * Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to higher\-level support when necessary. * Manage and maintain the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) process lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal of IT assets. * Maintain the inventory of (Laptop, accessories) * Involve the procurement activities ( Understand business budget, Forecast to vendor, Raising the PO, receiving in system, Payment to vendor) * Sound working knowledge in Service Now * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to hardware and software management. * Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support new technologies and initiatives. * Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. * Provide training and support to end\-users on hardware and software usage. * Monitor and manage desktop security, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management. * Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support. **Primary Skills:** * Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. * Experience with desktop hardware, software, and peripheral installation and troubleshooting. * Proficiency in managing and maintaining Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes. * Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices. * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay: QAR7,000\.00 \- QAR7,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
