Potential for career growth Job Summary: Mind Stream is seeking a highly experienced **Contracts Manager** to join a major infrastructure project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering contracts, managing claims and variations, mitigating contractual risks, and supporting dispute resolution across multiple large\-scale infrastructure project sites. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in commercial and contract management within the construction and infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities * Administer contracts across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. * Draft, review, and negotiate contractual correspondence and documentation. * Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. * Prepare and manage claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams on commercial and contractual matters. * Support and manage dispute resolution processes, including negotiation and mediation. * Ensure proper contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements * Minimum **15 years of experience** in Contracts and Commercial Management on large\-scale infrastructure projects. * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management**, or a related discipline. * Proven experience in **roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects**. * Strong expertise in construction contract administration and commercial management. * In\-depth knowledge of construction law and standard contractual frameworks. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. * Experience with **Cost\-Plus Contracts** will be an added advantage.
