Resolve operational issues and support process improvements Job Summary We are seeking an E\-commerce Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our online sales platforms, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory coordination, and a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross\-functional teams to support operational performance and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities * Supervise daily e\-commerce operations and order fulfillment activities. * Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant teams. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of online orders. * Track operational performance and prepare reports. * Resolve operational issues and support process improvements. * Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and other departments. * Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E\-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field. * Experience in e\-commerce operations, retail operations, or a supervisory role is an advantage. * Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms, order management systems, and inventory processes. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business applications.
