Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve technical incidents Job Summary We are seeking a Streaming Infrastructure Specialist to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of reliable streaming platforms and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will help ensure system performance, availability, and scalability while supporting smooth delivery of digital streaming services. Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain streaming infrastructure and related systems. * Support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of streaming platforms. * Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve technical incidents. * Manage system monitoring, alerts, and operational processes. * Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve platform reliability. * Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. * Support system upgrades, testing, and performance improvements. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in streaming infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, or a related role is an advantage. * Knowledge of streaming technologies, cloud infrastructure, networking, and system monitoring tools. * Familiarity with Linux environments and troubleshooting technical issues. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced technical environment.
