Opportunity to work with emerging technologies and industry trends. **Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled **Pre\-Sales Engineer** to support our sales and solutions team by understanding client requirements, designing suitable technical solutions, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role will focus on **ELV, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PAVA, and AV solutions**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. * Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities and support the sales cycle. * Prepare technical proposals, BoQs, SoWs, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution designs. * Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, technical workshops, and PoCs. * Conduct site surveys and assessments to develop project specifications. * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical information and competitive pricing. * Support tender submissions, bid evaluations, cost estimation, and solution development. * Address client technical queries and participate in client meetings. * Ensure proposed solutions comply with relevant standards and client requirements. * Support the transition of projects from pre\-sales to execution. * Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. * **UPDA certification is mandatory.** * **3–7 years of experience** in pre\-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales. * Strong experience in **ELV systems and solution design**. * Good knowledge of networking, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise solutions. * Strong proposal preparation, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and relevant design/estimation tools. * Experience with CRM and proposal management systems is an advantage. * Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. **Preferred Candidate:** Candidates with strong techno\-commercial skills, excellent client\-facing abilities, and experience in ELV/IT solutions are preferred.
