Based within the innovation ecosystem of Education City, we are appointing a Head of Data Science to pioneer our high\-level predictive analytics and data engineering strategies. In this role, you will lead a specialized team transforming massive educational, demographic, and institutional datasets into algorithmic models that optimize learning methodologies, forecast student success metrics, and drive data\-backed organizational strategies. **Primary Directives** * Construct and deploy advanced predictive models and machine learning pipelines to analyze learning behaviors and institutional performance indicators. * Lead a team of data scientists and infrastructure engineers to maintain scalable data pipelines, warehousing systems, and cloud analytics environments. * Partner with academic directors and research stakeholders to embed data\-driven insights into core institutional programs and strategic planning. * Establish robust data governance frameworks, ensuring strict ethical AI compliance, data privacy protection, and information security standards. * Translate complex statistical discoveries into interactive executive dashboards and high\-level briefs for senior leadership and external educational boards. **The Criteria** * 9 to 13 years of progressive data science and statistical modeling experience, with a solid track record of leading technical teams within an academic, research, or EdTech environment. * Expert proficiency in Python or R, alongside deep experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and large\-scale SQL/NoSQL data processing. * Comprehensive mastery of predictive modeling, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing (NLP). * A Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or an equivalent advanced quantitative discipline. **The Settlement Package** We provide a flat, all\-inclusive monthly salary of QAR 44,000 to cover your base executive pay, local housing provisions in the Doha/Education City area, and transit allowances.
