Drive a strong safety culture and provide HSE guidance We are seeking an experienced and highly competent HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment operations across construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with international HSE standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks while driving a strong safety culture across all project sites. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage all HSE activities across construction and maintenance projects. * Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and site safety reviews regularly. * Develop, implement, and maintain HSE plans and project emergency preparedness plans. * Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001\) and support internal audits. * Prepare and analyze HSE statistics, performance reports, and dashboards. * Conduct client HSE reviews and participate in third\-party audits. * Ensure adherence to legal and contractual HSE requirements. * Lead safety training sessions and promote a proactive safety culture. * Guide site teams on risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation measures. * Act as the primary HSE focal point for clients and regulatory authorities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. * NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent certification) is mandatory. * Minimum 12\+ years of experience in HSE management within construction and maintenance projects. * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards with internal audit capability. * Proven experience in preparing HSE plans and emergency response procedures. * Proficient in MS Office tools and HSE reporting systems. * Strong leadership, communication, and training skills. * Ability to manage client\-facing HSE audits and third\-party inspections. **Key Competencies** * Leadership \& Team Management * Risk Assessment \& Incident Investigation * Compliance \& Audit Management * Stakeholder \& Client Communication * Analytical Reporting \& Data Interpretation Work Location: In person
