Creativity in developing new flavors and improving existing recipes. **WE ARE HIRING: Ice Cream Maker** **Location:** Qatar **Industry:** Specialty Coffee Shop \& Restaurant (Multiple Branches) **Employment Type:** Full‑Time We are looking for a **skilled and creative Ice Cream Maker** to join our growing specialty coffee shop and restaurant group in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in producing high‑quality ice cream, gelato, and frozen desserts, with strong knowledge of food safety, consistency, and recipe development. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and produce high‑quality ice cream, gelato, sorbets, and frozen desserts. * Develop new flavors and seasonal items aligned with the brand’s standards. * Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all branches. * Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper storage and temperature control. * Manage daily production schedules based on branch requirements. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area. * Coordinate with Procurement and Operations for ingredient ordering and stock levels. * Follow SOPs for production, portioning, and packaging. * Support cost control and minimize wastage. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Proven experience as an **Ice Cream Maker**, **Gelato Maker**, or **Pastry/Cold Kitchen Specialist**. * Experience in F\&B, specialty coffee shops, or restaurants is an advantage. * Strong understanding of ice cream production techniques and equipment. * Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper handling of dairy and frozen products. * Creativity in developing new flavors and improving existing recipes. * Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment. * Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate. * Immediate joiners are preferred.
