Assist in wet-end, dyeing, and finishing processes **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct routine physical and chemical tests on leather. * Inspect materials for defects, thickness, color, and quality. * Assist in wet‑end, dyeing, and finishing processes. * Prepare and handle chemicals, dyes, and finishing mixtures. * Record test results and maintain lab documentation. * Support troubleshooting and report issues to senior staff. **Requirements** * Diploma/Bachelor’s in Leather Technology or related field. * 2–4 years experience in leather production, lab testing, or tannery operations. * Basic understanding of tanning processes and chemicals. * Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
