Coordinate with electrical, QA/QC, and site teams Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Power Cable Pulling Supervisor** to supervise cable pulling and installation activities for power transmission and substation projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervise **power cable pulling and installation** activities. * Perform and review **cable pulling calculations** and ensure proper pulling methods are followed. * Manage cable drum handling, positioning, and safe movement. * Supervise cable routing, laying, and installation according to approved drawings. * Operate and monitor cable pulling equipment and accessories. * Ensure correct pulling tension, bending radius, and cable installation procedures are maintained. * Supervise manpower and allocate workers according to project requirements. * Coordinate with electrical, QA/QC, and site teams. * Ensure compliance with approved method statements, safety procedures, and project specifications. * Maintain cable pulling records and report progress to site management. Requirements * Diploma or Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering/Technology or a related field. * **Minimum 7 years of relevant experience** in power cable installation and pulling. * Strong knowledge of cable pulling calculations and installation methods. * Experience in cable drum handling and cable routing. * Hands\-on experience with cable pulling equipment. * Proven experience supervising cable pulling teams and manpower. * Good knowledge of electrical safety and cable installation procedures. * GCC/Qatar experience in power transmission or substation projects will be an advantage.
