Negotiate contracts and close sales We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the **construction industry**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. **Requirements** * **Arab Nationality (Mandatory)** * **Male/Female** applicants may apply * **Native Arabic speaker** * **Fluent in English** * **Minimum 3 years of sales experience** * **Construction industry experience is mandatory** * Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets * Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage * Currently based in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC is preferred **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction sector. * Identify business opportunities and generate new sales leads. * Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
