Collaborate in an agile environment, fostering learning and innovation Hiring **Senior Backend Developer** ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance robust, scalable backend applications. * Architect and implement high\-performance APIs for our platform. * Identify and resolve code inefficiencies, proposing effective technical solutions. * Participate in technology evaluations and rapid prototyping of new concepts. * Build maintainable, scalable, and performant systems following best practices in security and design. * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure a seamless client experience. * Collaborate closely with team members in an agile environment, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. * Manage server and database infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. * Take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. * **7\+ years of backend development experience.** * Strong proficiency in **PHP (preferred)** or other backend languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET. * Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL or similar). * Experience with AWS services such as **EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora** is a strong advantage. * Proven experience designing and developing APIs. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Passion for innovation and contributing to a dynamic engineering culture.
