Coordinates with technicians and manages repair processes Job Summary: The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop. The role involves understanding customer concerns, preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, providing repair estimates, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service requirements. * Inspect vehicles along with customers and accurately record complaints and repair needs. * Prepare job cards and service estimates based on customer requirements. * Explain recommended repairs, maintenance schedules, and associated costs. * Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and repairs. * Keep customers informed about repair progress, additional work required, and expected completion times. * Obtain customer approval before carrying out any additional repairs. * Ensure all repair orders are completed accurately and closed in a timely manner. * Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery. * Explain completed repairs and invoice details to customers upon vehicle collection. * Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. * Maintain accurate service records and documentation. * Promote value\-added services, maintenance packages, and genuine spare parts where appropriate. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. * Work closely with the Parts Department and Workshop team to ensure efficient operations. * Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve service performance targets.
