Ensure customs compliance and optimize transportation solutions * Managed local and international logistics operations, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment for multiple projects. * Coordinated with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers to arrange import shipments. * Prepared and reviewed shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and delivery notes. * Monitored shipment status from order placement through final delivery, proactively resolving delays and logistics issues. * Coordinated customs clearance activities and ensured compliance with Qatar Customs regulations and import requirements. * Worked closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. * Managed deliveries to client sites and coordinated with customers to ensure timely acceptance and documentation. * Negotiated freight quotations and selected cost\-effective transportation solutions while meeting project deadlines. * Maintained accurate logistics records and updated ERP/CRM systems with shipment and delivery information. * Followed up with suppliers on shipping schedules, documentation, and order readiness to avoid project delays. * Prepared logistics reports, tracked KPIs, and supported continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. * Ensured compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety requirements throughout logistics operations.
