Provide technical support and innovative solutions Smart Solutions Engineer Location: Doha, QatarEmployment Type: Full\-Time About Us We are a fast\-growing technology startup focused on delivering innovative Smart Home, Smart Building, and IoT solutions across Qatar. Our portfolio includes automation systems, energy management, security, lighting control, HVAC integration, and AI\-enabled smart technologies. We are looking for a passionate engineer who enjoys working with both hardware and software to build the next generation of intelligent buildings. Key Responsibilities * Design, install, configure, and commission smart home and smart building systems. * Integrate lighting, HVAC, security, CCTV, access control, intercom, and IoT devices into a unified platform. * Configure Tuya, Matter, Zigbee, Z\-Wave, Wi\-Fi, and other smart automation ecosystems. * Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and on\-site commissioning. * Prepare technical proposals, system layouts, wiring diagrams, and documentation. * Provide technical support and training to clients. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams during implementation. * Stay up to date with the latest smart technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Smart Home, Building Automation, ELV, or IoT systems. * Strong knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, VLANs, routers, and switches. * Hands\-on experience with one or more platforms such as Tuya, KNX, Control4, Crestron, Loxone, Home Assistant, Matter, Zigbee, or similar. * Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation. * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Valid Qatari driving license is an advantage. Preferred Skills * Experience with energy monitoring and automation systems. * Basic programming or scripting knowledge. * Understanding of APIs and cloud\-based integrations. * Experience in customer demonstrations and solution design. * Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and other IP\-based systems.
