Ensure compliance with project requirements and client specifications. The Estimation is responsible for preparing cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, analyzing drawings, and preparing quotations for fire alarm and fire fighting system projects. The role ensures accurate budgeting and cost control in compliance with project requirements and company standards. * Review tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and drawings related to fire alarm and fire fighting systems. * Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and project budgets. * Conduct quantity take\-off for materials, manpower, and equipment requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and material quotations. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals for project submissions. * Analyze project scope and identify potential risks or cost\-saving opportunities. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, QCDD standards, and client specifications. * Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and operations teams. * Maintain records of estimations, quotations, and project cost analysis. * Support project handover by explaining estimated costs and scope of work.
