Coordinate with various disciplines and supervise fit-out works We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Interior Designer** to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project objectives. * Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions. * Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, and material selections. * Produce detailed interior design drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and material schedules. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. * Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure all interior design drawings are fully coordinated, accurate, and compliant with project requirements. * Conduct site visits and supervise interior fit\-out works to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards. * Review shop drawings and material submittals. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 10 of experience in interior design and fit\-out projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. * Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction details. * Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
