Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of project expenditures The Cost Control Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures that all project expenditures are tracked accurately, budgets are maintained, cost variances are identified, and corrective actions are implemented to achieve project financial objectives. The position works closely with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and planning teams to deliver projects within approved budgets. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. Experience Requirements * Minimum **08–10 years** of experience in Cost Control within Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, or EPC projects. * Experience in large\-scale greenfield and brownfield projects. * GCC/Middle East project experience is highly preferred. * Proven experience in project cost forecasting, budgeting, and earned value management.
