Dynamic work environment with varying tasks and client interaction. **Dream Machine is hiring! \- looking for an event coordinator** We are looking for highly organized, detail\-oriented, self\-motivated, creative, and fun individuals to join our photo booth/ photography company in Doha! In this role, you will be responsible for successfully planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and private parties. We’re a fast\-growing and very popular Photo Booth/ Photography company with endless possibilities. Initially, to start, you will be working part\-time, assisting with the facilitation of our events; however, depending on your ability to learn, personality and ambition, you will be given the opportunity to take on more responsibility and get promoted. The job will be both very creative and fun, no boring office time, as you will be learning something new every day, and always meeting interesting people while building and executing various events. However, the job will also be demanding, with irregular working hours (mostly working on weekends and evenings), and requires short notice successful high performance, as many we receive emergency last\-minute event requests from our clients. * Assist with preparing, setting up, and packing down event equipment (photo booths, props, backdrops, etc.) * Support the team during event setup, execution, and dismantling to ensure everything runs smoothly * Operate photo booth equipment during events and assist with basic photography when needed * Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, helping them use the booth and ensuring a great experience * Help manage guest flow and respond to basic questions during events * Assist in researching upcoming events and trends in Qatar * Support in updating social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) with posts, stories, and event content * Assist in preparing event materials such as props and simple artwork (printing, cutting, organizing) * Help maintain and organize company equipment and consumables (papers, props, accessories) * Support in tracking event feedback and sharing ideas for improvements * Candidates with relevant experience are preferred, along with basic knowledge of Photoshop and photography ( Between the age of 25\-40 years) * Organized/punctual, but also spontaneous/ fun as this is the job, with an ability to work well under pressure \& meet tight deadlines with excellent communication \& interpersonal skills * Flexible with irregular working hours (late at night, working on weekends) * Reliable, have common sense, be a fast learner and think logically, also quickly solve technical issues with equipment (printers, cameras, computers etc) * A creative and bubbly personality, with the ability to confidently interact with clients and guests at events. * Driving license and vehicle if available. Ø **Salary:** 2,000 QAR per Month Ø **Commission:** 10% commission on successfully securing orders valued at **25,000 QAR or above, 5% on smaller deals.** Ø **Event Compensation:** * 75 QAR per hour for attending and working at events * For events lasting **5 hours or more**, a different rate may be agreed upon and will be **discussed and confirmed in advance** **Note: Salary will be reviewed after 3 months based on performance** If you are a results\-driven professional, with a passion for events, we want to hear from you.
