We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Chef** specializing in **Continental cuisine.** The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing a wide range of dishes, including Asian\-inspired cuisine, while demonstrating strong expertise in Continental cooking. The chef will be responsible for creating innovative menus, ensuring high\-quality food presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen organization. Experience in hotels or high\-end restaurants is preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook authentic and Continental dishes to a high standard. * Design and develop innovative menus that cater to the tastes and preferences of the household. * Ensure attractive and professional food presentation. * Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage practices. * Plan and manage grocery purchases, stock, and inventory efficiently. * Supervise kitchen staff (if applicable) and coordinate kitchen operations smoothly. * Adapt menus for special occasions, dietary requirements, and guest preferences. * Ensure timely preparation and service of meals according to household schedules. * Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate creative ideas into menu planning. **Qualifications, Experience, and Skills** * **Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience, with proven expertise in Continental cuisine.** * **Proven experience in hotels, fine\-dining restaurants, or high\-end private households.** * Expertise in creating innovative dishes and menus. * Excellent skills in food presentation and plating. * Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. * Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules. * **Locally Available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.** * **Applicants must be Asian nationals** **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience and expertise. * Live\-in accommodation provided. * Meals and other essential household provisions included.
