Coordinate multicultural teams across various countries **Job Summary** The Project Manager leads the full operations of the Wasel humanitarian logistics platform and is the primary owner of planning, executing, and monitoring the aid supply chain across all target countries. The Manager ensures delivery of humanitarian goods within 72 hours and supervises the central team in Doha as well as the country teams. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** · Lead and manage the full operations of the Wasel Project, including planning, execution, and evaluation · Oversee the entire supply chain from procurement through final delivery to the beneficiary · Ensure the 72\-hour delivery standard is met across all target countries · Manage and direct the central team in Doha (Delivery Officer, Warehouse Officer, Finance and Procurement Officer) · Supervise the field teams in the implementation countries (Yemen, Ghana, Türkiye, Syria, Qatar, Egypt) · Sign and manage the framework agreement with Qatar Charity and fulfill its obligations · Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the Executive Director of Masar · Monitor key performance indicators and ensure operational targets are achieved · Manage the operating budget of the Wasel Project and control costs · Build and maintain partnership relationships with local and international suppliers · Continuously develop and improve logistics operations · Ensure quality and transparency across all stages of the delivery process **Qualifications and Requirements** · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent · At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations · Prior experience with international humanitarian or charitable organizations is an added advantage · Proficiency in inventory management systems and digital tracking · Outstanding leadership and management skills · Strong ability to coordinate with multicultural teams across different countries · Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) · Ability to work under pressure and manage crises **Preferred Requirements (Added Advantage)** · CIPS, APICS, or equivalent certification in supply chain · Experience in the target regions (Yemen, Ghana, Syria, Egypt, Türkiye) · Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Asana **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** · Delivery rate within 72 hours (target: 90% or higher) · Number of food baskets distributed annually (target: 180,000 baskets) · Number of educational kits distributed annually (target: 120,000 kits) · Adherence to the approved operating budget · Satisfaction level of implementation partners (Qatar Charity and others) Language: * English (Preferred) * Arabic (Preferred) Work Location: In person
