Summary: Prepare and apply protective coatings to metal products, ensuring quality finishes, inspecting surfaces, and adhering to safety procedures. Highlights: 1. Prepare and clean metal surfaces for painting 2. Apply primer and protective coatings to metal products 3. Ensure smooth, even finishing and maintain coating thickness * Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust or old coatings. * Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings to casted metal products using spray guns, rollers, or brushes. * Ensure smooth, even finishing and maintain coating thickness according to quality standards. * Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch\-ups or repainting when required. * Follow all safety procedures when handling paints, chemicals, and painting equipment, including proper PPE usage. * Maintain painting tools, spray equipment, and work area cleanliness to support efficient production.
