Exposure to real engineering and construction projects We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates in Civil Engineering to join our On\-Job Training (OJT) Program as Proposal Engineer Trainees. This program is designed to provide hands\-on experience in proposal preparation, tender documentation, cost estimation support, and technical coordination within a professional engineering environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and commercial teams to develop technical and commercial proposals for civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. * Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and client requirements. * Support the estimation team in quantity take\-offs and cost calculations. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather proposal information. * Prepare proposal documentation, presentations, and submission packages. * Maintain proposal records and document control systems. * Participate in client and internal coordination meetings when required. * Conduct research on project requirements, materials, and engineering solutions. * Ensure proposal submissions comply with company and client requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. * Strong interest in proposal engineering, tendering, and business development. * Good understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
