We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, air conditioning systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in maintaining equipment and ensuring smooth operations in restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, or commercial buildings Key Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and other food service equipment. * Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning (AC) and ventilation systems. * Carry out basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, and maintaining water supply systems. * Perform basic electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting wiring, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and lighting systems. * Diagnose equipment faults and implement effective repair solutions. * Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent equipment breakdowns. * Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance procedures. * Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when specialized repairs are required. Requirements: * Minimum 2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, or facilities management. * Good knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and repair. * Basic understanding of HVAC/AC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. * Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment issues. * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards. Preferred Skills: * Experience with refrigeration systems. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs. * Ability to use maintenance tools and testing equipment. Working Conditions: * May require shift work, weekends, and emergency call\-outs. * Work involves standing, lifting equipment, and working in hot or confined spaces. Work Location: In person
