Summary: The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Food & Beverage sector, ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with food safety and hospitality standards **Position Overview** The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Food \& Beverage (F\&B) sector. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance with industry standards, and successful implementation of initiatives such as new outlet openings, menu development, kitchen upgrades, and process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Planning \& Execution:** Develop and manage project plans for F\&B initiatives including restaurant openings, renovations, and operational enhancements. * **Cross\-Functional Coordination:** Collaborate with chefs, operations, procurement, HR, and marketing teams to align project goals. * **Budget \& Resource Management:** Control project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation. * **Quality \& Compliance:** Ensure projects meet HACCP, food safety, and hospitality standards. * **Vendor \& Supplier Management:** Liaise with contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery. * **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks in F\&B operations and implement mitigation strategies. * **Reporting:** Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, timelines, and KPIs. * **Innovation \& Improvement:** Drive continuous improvement in F\&B processes, technology adoption, and customer experience. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). * PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification. * 5–7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the F\&B or hospitality industry. * Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000\). * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana). **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * On\-time delivery of F\&B projects. * Adherence to budget and resource allocation. * Compliance with food safety and hospitality standards. * Stakeholder satisfaction (management, staff, and customers). * Operational efficiency improvements post\-project.
