Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision\-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and data analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. * Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements. * Develop KPIs, metrics, and executive\-level reporting solutions. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across BI platforms. * Optimize SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for performance and scalability. * Lead troubleshooting and resolution of BI\-related issues. * Mentor junior developers and support best practices in BI development. * Work with cross\-functional teams to drive data\-driven decision\-making. * Maintain technical documentation and reporting standards. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or \-related field * 8\-12 years of experience in BI development or data analytics roles. * Strong expertise in: * Power BI / Tableau / QlikView * SQL and database management * Data modeling and ETL development * DAX and Power Query * Experience with data warehouses and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar ETL tools. * Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage. * Microsoft Power BI or related BI certifications preferred. * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
