Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment **Job Summary** We are looking for a highly experienced and specialized Chapatti Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have proven hands\-on experience in preparing high\-quality chapatti, roti, and paratha in large quantities while maintaining consistency, softness, taste, and presentation standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook fresh chapatti, roti, and paratha according to company standards. * Expertly knead dough and manage dough consistency for different types of flatbreads. * Ensure chapattis and rotis are soft, properly cooked, and served fresh at all times. * Prepare parathas with proper layering, texture, and quality. * Maintain speed and consistency during peak operational hours. * Handle bulk production while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. * Monitor ingredient quality and report stock requirements when needed. * Keep the workstation clean, organized, and sanitized at all times. * Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Chapatti Maker / Roti Maker / Paratha Maker is mandatory. * Ability to prepare large quantities efficiently in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. * Good knowledge of dough preparation, resting, rolling, and cooking techniques. * Ability to maintain consistency in taste, size, softness, and quality. * Must be hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure. * Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices. **Important Notes** * **Local Hire Only with valid QID \& NOC.** * **Do NOT apply if you do not have direct experience as a Chapatti Maker.** * **Only experienced candidates specializing in chapatti, roti, and paratha preparation will be shortlisted.** **How to Apply:** Submit your CV via Indeed or email: recruitments2025@outlook.com Wats App your CV on: \+974 7003 3862 Work Location: In person
