Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring project quality and timely delivery. **JOB DESCRIPTION – CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER** **Position**: Civil Construction Manager **Location**: Doha, Qatar **Employment Type**: Full\-Time **Recruitment Type:** Local Recruitment – Qatar **Salary Package**: QAR 18,000 per month\*\* FULL PACKAGE **Experience Required**: 10–15 Years **Qualification** \* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. \* UPDA Certification is preferred. \* PMP Certification is preferred. **Experience Required** Minimum \*\*10–15 years of relevant experience\*\* in civil infrastructure and construction projects, with strong experience in managing: \* Roads and infrastructure works \* Earthworks and excavation \* Asphalt works and road construction \* Potable water networks \* Sewerage and drainage systems \* Stormwater drainage systems \* Utility corridors and underground utilities \* Precast structures \* Manholes and chambers \* Utility crossings \* Traffic diversions and temporary traffic management \* Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers \* Coordination with government authorities and utility service providers **Key Responsibilities** \* Manage and supervise all civil construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. \* Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily construction activities to ensure timely project completion. \* Supervise roads, earthworks, asphalt, drainage, sewerage, potable water, and utility infrastructure works. \* Coordinate utility crossings, utility corridors, manholes, precast structures, and associated infrastructure works. \* Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. \* Ensure construction activities comply with approved quality, safety, environmental, and project requirements. \* Review drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and construction procedures. \* Monitor project progress and coordinate with the planning and project management teams to achieve project milestones. \* Manage subcontractor activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved schedules and specifications. \* Coordinate traffic diversions and ensure proper implementation of approved traffic management arrangements. \* Identify construction issues, technical constraints, and potential delays and take appropriate corrective actions. \* Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and handover activities with the relevant parties. \* Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources. \* Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management. \* Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of site activities. **Required Skills** \* Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure construction and project execution. \* Proven experience in roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, and water infrastructure projects. \* Strong subcontractor and authority coordination skills. \* Good knowledge of construction methods, specifications, drawings, and quality requirements. \* Strong leadership, planning, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities. \* Ability to manage multiple construction activities and teams simultaneously. \* Excellent communication and coordination skills. **Preferred Candidate Profile** Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred. Qatar/GCC infrastructure project experience will be an advantage. Candidates with valid \*\*UPDA\*\* certification are preferred. Candidates with \*\*PMP\*\* certification will have an added advantage.
