Opportunities for career development and progression Bachikka Restaurant is seeking an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Doha. We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional who can oversee front\-of\-house operations, maintain service standards and support daily restaurant activities in a busy dining environment. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service, managing team members and maintaining compliance with Qatar’s food safety and hospitality regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise front\-of\-house staff during daily service operations. * Ensure guests receive professional, efficient and courteous service. * Assist with staff scheduling, training and task delegation. * Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. * Monitor cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas. * Oversee cash handling procedures and POS system operations. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. * Ensure compliance with Qatar food safety, hygiene and health regulations. * Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checks. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced setting. * Good organisational and problem\-solving skills. * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar. **What We Offer:** * Professional and supportive working environment * Stable, full\-time employment in compliance with Qatar labour regulations * Accommodation and meals provided as per company policy * Opportunities for career development and progression Bachikka Restaurant is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace.
