Summary:
Lead IT and software projects from planning to delivery, applying various development methodologies and managing the SDLC for in-house and outsourced solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software projects across the full project lifecycle.
* Apply and adapt software development methodologies (Waterfall , Agile, Hybrid, etc.) based on project requirements.
* Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for in\-house and outsourced solutions.
* Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost optimization.
* Create and maintain project charters, schedules, risk registers, and progress reports.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align IT projects with strategic objectives.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
* Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, presenting updates, risks, and recommendations.
* Mentor and guide junior project team members to build project management capabilities.
**Qualifications and Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (required).
* Master’s degree in management, Business Administration, or IT Management (Advantage)
Professional Certifications
* **PMI\-PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).**
* Agile certifications such as PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe (preferred).
**Technical and Professional Skills**
* Proven experience in IT project management (minimum 8–12 years preferred).
* Strong understanding of software project management approaches (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
* **Hands\-on knowledge of SDLC processes and software delivery frameworks.**
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
* **Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and strategic planning skills.**
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor contracts.
* **Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive** consensus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).
Pay: QAR28,900\.00 \- QAR29,900\.00 per hour
