Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance **Textile Coordinator** **Magdou Textil LLC – Lusail, Qatar** **Position Overview** Magdou Textil LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Textile Coordinator to support the planning, sourcing, and tracking of textile materials across production and supply operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between suppliers, production teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and efficient workflow. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of textile materials based on production requirements * Maintain accurate records of fabric specifications, inventory levels, and supplier details * Communicate with vendors to track orders, confirm delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies * Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure materials meet required quality and design standards * Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting material needs * Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations for textile quality and safety * Prepare reports on material usage, order status, and supply chain performance * Support quality control processes by coordinating inspections and handling defective materials **Qualifications and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Supply Chain Management, or a related field * Proven experience in textile coordination, sourcing, or supply chain operations * Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and textile production processes * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and negotiation abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines **Preferred Skills** * Experience working with international suppliers * Familiarity with ERP systems * Attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset **Working Conditions** * Based in Lusail, Qatar * Full\-time position with occasional coordination across different time zones **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Opportunities for professional growth * Dynamic and collaborative work environment **How to Apply** Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their relevant experience and qualifications.
