The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in joinery, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high\-quality work within deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate all carpentry and joinery activities on site * Allocate tasks to carpenters and ensure daily work is completed efficiently * Interpret and work from technical drawings, sketches, and project specifications * Oversee the fabrication and installation of joinery items including furniture, doors, partitions, and event structures * Ensure all work meets required quality standards and project specifications * Monitor site progress and report updates to project/site **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman with Strong experience in joinery, interior fit\-out, and carpentry works * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and construction methods **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV for consideration.
