We are looking for a professional, patient, and customer\-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Umm Salal Muhammad. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring a positive experience. **What You'll Do:** * Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for common IT issues. * Log and track customer requests in the ticketing system. * Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team. * Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Collaborate with the technical team to improve service delivery. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent.
